Financing Example
If you finance your renovation for $20, 000 you don’t pay a dime for 6 months. At six months you can pay off the whole $20, 000 or pay a partial amount or pay the minimum monthly payments. If you choose to pay off the whole $20, 000 you will not pay a dime above this amount. That means you renovated your home without using your own money for 6 months. This allows you more financial freedom. If you choose to pay the minimum payments at current interest rate you will pay $282 a month until your payments are finished.
